Pros

Spiffy new headquarters office. Friendly folks.

Cons

Culture is very cut-throat and competitive. Wages are very low. Their claim of having a work-life balance culture is false. If a team member doesn't make the job their life, they will be ousted. 2018 3rd and 4th qtr bonuses were not paid out. The excuse was that they didn't have the funds due to the high costs associated with building out a new headquarters building. No mentoring and very little new hire and on the job training. Too many leadership heads to get decisions made.

Great camaraderie and teamwork. Executive team worked closely together.

Cons

I can’t really think of any. It was a solid place to work.

Pros

The actual "work" part was great. Laid back, easy going, stress free, work at your own pace.

Cons

The big thing here is they are small. So they have a small group of employees (in the distribution center in PA I worked in) and since there isn't many of them they have formed a "clique". If you are not very social, loud, and obnoxious like most of them you will not fit in and therefore they will release you. If you don't fit in with the "clique" they will go out of their way to find a reason to get rid of you. Its pretty pathetic. First time ever that I come across a company who gets rid of a good employee because they are quiet and mind their business. Big mistake on their end, what's gonna happen when they grow and they start getting alot of other people in there??? Unless they plan on hiring only young immature people they should respect people and their different personalities. There's NO professionalism at all in this place or discipline. Keep this in mind if you are quiet and reserved.
