High turn over rate leaving open shifts that thus need to be made up
Have to watch your tables like a hawk and prey that people won’t walk out on their bill leaving me, the server, to pay for it, or that you won’t have to literally chase them.
Management is too wishy-washy. A rule may be a rule one day and the next day it won’t. Nothing is ever set in stone.
It felt as if Management heard our complaints but offered no solution as to how to fix the problem help solve it.
Employee meetings are super early on a Saturday and if you closed the night before it’s even harder to get to them not to mention the fact that if you have close that night.
