      Pros

      -If you work immensely hard, you got the exact amount of salary that you deserve. -Booking system is good. -The platform is easy to navigate -You can use wifi mode instead of LAN cable. -This company has the best time flexibility ratio -Book classes are reasonable compared to other Japanese school

      Cons

      -CRAB MENTALITY ISSUES AMONG JAPANESE TEACHERS -Experience platform connectivity issues once every 3 months, most especially at the end of the month. -Japanese students are sometimes disrespectful. -I HATE IT WHEN STUDENT TURN OFF THEIR CAMERA, its where the magic begins, especially those Obnoxious, JEALOUS JAPANESE TEACHERS who TRIES to ruined FILIPINO teachers, gives us LOW RATING.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
