Manager support, good training, communication

During my time there I didn’t see too many negatives.

WFH, somewhat decent pay, full benefits package.

Management seems fine with the shoddy work product of their employees. They overlook the big picture in favor of nitpicking details. Goals and processes are constantly shifting because some random person in management wants to show off.
