Pros

I get to help small business owners excel and continue to grow. I talk to people all over the US and get to help them when they really need someone. The culture has really improved over the last year as the company is really focusing on that.

Cons

The system and all the accounts can be confusing at first. I was nervous that I wouldn't get it at the beginning. But once I got the basics down I was able to keep moving.

Pros

Nationwide Inbound is a fun and exciting place to be a part of! If you can handle the fast paced environment and ever growing industry this is a great place to be. The customer service agents are helpful and kind. It's an honor to be on an award winning team such as Nationwide Inbound!

Cons

It is a faced paced environment, which can get stressful at times. There are great coaching opportunities and leadership assists to seek out when the times do get tough.

Pros

I was remote, but the ONLY perk is the free refills... and that's only on-site. Some people suck less than others...

Cons

...but NO ONE is your friend. You are so micromanaged, it's not even funny. The training makes you think you're good, but it's brutal to tell people you can't help them all day. No amount of training prepares you for that sort of Hell. Not to mention, before the Labor Department got involved, they would look for any and every excuse to not give you a raise. When they have none, they make them up. Maybe it's better now, I left a LONG time ago.
