good starter job but nothing longterm - National Account Manager Nationwide Expos Employee Review

very hard to hit the commission thresh hold. people getting fired all the time, lots of job security fears. owner talks bad about his employees on the daily company call, and is rude/forward. training is pretty much nothing, but its not hard to get started. what your selling, sucks. out of 100 shows there are only 4 good ones, and not that many people resign, claiming they have an 81% resign rate, you are constantly looking for suckers to take 1000 dollars from. also, ive never seen a company try so hard to take commission away from their employees. 2 favorite sales people, one has access to the info account for leads. 2 people also have 60% of the accounts.
