Flexible hours, decent pay, good benefits

Cons

Call center work is terrible. Verbal abuse from callers can be grueling, thin skinned people are not good candidates for this job, don’t expect to be in this position without picking up a few vices. More time could be allotted off the phone for a “brain break”, or training.

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
