      Lots of room to grow and develop within the company and help others do the same.

      Cons

      Compensation not bad but definitely could be better, salary and not hourly would be preferred, higher salary for TSM rather than Stipend pay.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
