      Closed Sunday and good PTO

      Cons

      -LOWEST paid employees -Sales goals are unrealistic -District manager turnover -HUGE pay gap from GMS to DMs -No support -Terrible work life balance I joined this company because I am passionate about affordable eyecare. Our exam pricing is now the same as LensCrafters and frames are much more expensive. National Vision has the money to send 100 employees on a cruise but not enough money to pay livable wage.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
