      The pay was decent when. you could get paid for all of the hours you put in.

      Cons

      The owner is the most belligerent person I ever met who has no respect for anyone besides himself and his own wallet.

      Pros

      Standard 9-5, decent pay with potential increase. Potential promotion.

      Cons

      No room for time off. Tiny office. Extreme micro management. Boss changes his mind everyday or every week. Extremely particular & obsessive on the way things are done. Hard to please. Always condescending when speaking to employees. Will email you all times of the night, expects too much for what you’re paid.
