      Poor management. Lots of work loads, no incentives etc. No learning growth. Most in special area has no solid trainings

      Great upward mobility, company really focuses on work/ family balance, 3 weeks paid vacation, monthly bonus opportunities, strong focus on excellence in the work place

      Fast growing company and the growing pains that comes with it.
