Pros
Benefits - 401k matching, medical, dental, vision all competitive. The cafeteria is a nice plus. Community involvement - food drives, charity drives, community event sponsorship / participation. Work/life balance - Taking PTO is never an issue. If I have a doctor / dentist appointment or event at my kid's school I can make up the time away rather than having to take PTO. Able to come in at 9:00 on days that I need to take the kids to school. Environment - My manager trusts that I'm going to get my work done and doesn't stand over my shoulder all day. My coworkers are always willing to help out when I need it. I spend a lot of time with my coworkers working through tasks or brainstorming. Growth - Like to promote from within. A lot of the people I work with have been with the company since they graduated including many in management positions.
Cons
Fewer meetings would be nice. Space is starting to become an issue as well. I don't know where we're going to start putting new people.
