Pros
Work flexibility is possible depending who your manager is. Good benefits overall. People are usually really nice and really want the company to succeed.
Cons
Finance department is horrible. Constant revolving door. Reorg after reorg after reorg. Understaffed teams, who work 2x as hard and receive recognition in the form of an e-card while their peers in other areas of the company receive promotions. No other department has such a constant expression of misery on their faces. The experience to be gained is great but that’s only because there’s so much work to be done and cross-training is virtually nonexistent for incoming employees.
