Thank you for providing your feedback as a former employee. On behalf of National Graphics, we are disappointed that your experience does not reflect our intention of making National Graphics an employer of choice for yourself.
The comments do not appear to coincide with our historical data given that we have had no turnover in the front office in over five year and that we are proud to state that all people maintained their jobs and benefits through Covid -- many have been given raises and advanced during this very tough time. We, as management, made it a priority to keep all employed with full benefits throughout Covid and continue to do so. Our commitment to our people.
We value our core relationships including each and every employee, every customer and every vendor. We are proud to say many of our employees have been with us for over 15 years, many even at the 20 year threshold. Many of our clients have worked with National for over 15 years, several since our inception. Our vendor base also has been stable with many with us over 10 years.
With transparency, National Graphics is the midst of growth and innovation. Through our growing pains we understand there is an opportunity to streamline our processes, hire additional staff to share the workload, and expand our benefits offerings.
Our leadership team has an open door policy and encourages open communication.
