Pros
This is a place that wants to see its people succeed. I have worked in multiple departments and have seen different kinds of environments. All departments want to help you and encourage you to be and independant employee. These people who have so many bad things to say after they typically get fired, Why did you stay at the company so long if you hated it? I love my job, I enjoy going everyday. I am not in management but feel there is an opportunity to grow.
Cons
There are negative people who work here, as you can see. The only other con is some of our systems don't work well all the time. However we have a ton of i.t people working hard all the time.
