The company and managers were all great people. Very positive environment and always eager to work together to support each other.

Most of the pros identified with the position/company have less to do with the company itself and more with the industry. Customers can sometimes have frustrating or unreasonable requests. The nature of the industry causes last-minute adjustments that can be difficult for anyone that is not able to adapt quickly and efficiently. Some of the other employees and event workers left something to be desired in regards to work ethic and quality.

Fellow employees were very friendly and willing to teach new staff.

Several supervisors were very rude and did not understand how to do their job correctly. Employees were given few or no breaks at all during eight or more hour shifts, which is very illegal. HR department scheduled event staff on too many back-to-back shifts and did not consider prior plans employees had made.
