Depend which dept you work in and who you under so some maybe good or bad. Alot of red tape. Focus on writing skill, presentation and lots of paper works instead of completing the task. The RO do not have leadership but micromanage and even no mutual respect (belittle you) who create toxic workplace in the division. High turnover rate who is under this kind of RO.
