Pros

It's an industry I never would have thought about if it weren't for the job link I found in a hurry. I needed a job really quick and got one. The amount of control I was given as a result of my innovation in improving the overall operation from my position was a really cool experience. I also get along very well with everyone I've worked with.

Cons

I have had multiple positions within the company and have established that the overall management style is in need of some serious refining. I know it's a common issue at a lot of places. This place is no exception. It's a "bottom line" type of job. So if you think it's all sunshines and lollipops then check yo self, foo. It's one of the most consistently stressful positions I've ever held. And I don't know a lot of coworkers that LOVE their job. This job just isn't for everyone. It's really not TERRIBLE, but it could be significantly better. However, in all honesty, I just don't enjoy this line of work. I find it to be too stressful when considering the industry we work in. We should be the happiest group of employees in the world!

Pros

Flexible scheduling options available to employees

Cons

They bought out a company and fired employees without notice. One day you will walk in and the machines are gone. No email or message regarding your job. Zero professionalism.
