Pros
Commission checks during tax season was awesome and they were pretty laid back about time off and tardiness. Coworkers were friendly.
Cons
System was set up for only a select few to make big bonus checks and those were the people who were friends with upper management. If you were not apart of their crowd you did not stand a chance.
