Depend on your supervisor, good supervisor can really help you excel in this role. Easy way to expand knowledge as you will expose with different populations of participants High flexibility for calendar management Has mentoring sessions running throughout the week to discuss cases

Cons

High KPI Pressure to hit KPI with complex cases especially for an early career therapist Easily burn out due to billable target Focus on billable target and does not have additional Flex Time for learning as all you will doing is hitting your billable target Does not have time to attend mentoring session due to high billable hours Salary expectations are lower than competitors Does not acknowledge burn out and was told to take some time off Personally, not feeling acknowledged and value by management team especially state manager

We are sorry to hear that you feel you are not able to attend mentoring and would recommend speaking with your Team Leader around how your diary can be managed to ensure this is prioritised.
