Be wary!! - Anonymous employee Nash Squared Employee Review

This is not the best place to work, really bad culture in the office which is allowed to fester. Certain members of staff think it's acceptable to openly discuss and complain about other team members in a derogatory way in front of everyone. Throughout my time working for the company if your face doesn't fit you don't seem to be appreciated or heard. Certain people have escalated up the ladder too quickly letting the power go to their heads making them unbearable to work with. This has lead them to believe they are higher than you so they belittle you in a patronising mannor. Such a shame as this is not how it was when I first started. Currently considering my options. Changes need to be made to create a better working environment before it's too late.
