Limited budget restraints in recent years have reduced staffing in some departments to increase the burden on employees.

•Smaller hospital with great MD’s, RNs, and interdisciplinary team•Good food especially breakfast •Advanced practice IV teams •Doctors are great • Great insurance and benefits

• 6:1 patient nurse ratio • Too many cliches and special treatment (from management to their buddies) • Will fire you after sustaining a work related injury, once you are back and will find anything possible for reason. • Pay could be a lot better right now especially during the pandemic.
