Pros

Summer hours.... and you can use PTO at the beginning of year but they pick and choose who they allow to use hours.

Cons

Case Managers are low balled on pay here. They will offer you a promotion without a raise. The workload is tremendous, case managers are over worked and upper management have high expectations when they don't know the details of what a case managers duties are on a day to day. They have pets who they allow to do nothing, and push the work off on people who actually do their job and come to work on a daily. If you have an issue with someone management doesn't handle it. You are expected to handle about a 400 client caseload daily, stay on top of your task, and answer over 45 calls daily. Lead attorneys answer phones and don't assist clients, instead they will email you to call the client back on top of taking calls and returning the high amount of voicemails you'll receive from other departments not answering the phone. I would not suggest this job to anyone unless you are desperate!!!
