      Pros

      People are on staff are friendly, approachable, and genuine. They really value culture, work-life balance, and quality.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but something to note - some teams spend Mon - Thurs working out of the company's clients' offices, so you may not spend much time at Nascent itself.

      Pros

      I worked briefly as a contractor for Nascent. The team I worked with was quiet, but smart, collaborative and brilliant.

      Cons

      Sometimes the office felt quiet, and like people were not passionate about the work they were doing.
