toxic supervisor who likes to gossip and badmouth staff, parents and students. supervisor always criticise staff physical appearance and work even though nth is wrong. use personal words such as disgusting and ugly and will tell staff to get lost. unable to retain any newcomer who is shocked by her attitude. staffs keep changing and will leave after a short trial. additional work given to staff without any guidance. just expect staff to do. staff who dont join her gosipping session she will say that their appraisal will get low marks cuz they not good at bonding. so shocking to see such a person in a leadership post for this industry.
