      Plant management is awesome. Everyone is very supportive and a good place to work.

      Cons

      No work stability no matter for how long you have been working in the organization. Corporate management is terrible.

      Lots to learn to grow yourself professionally, raises are ok

      Cons

      Too many bosses who have too many opinions, some managees dont stick up for their people when management is wrong, if you can tow the line alone youll never get help
