I would say this is a stable job. It is a successful car dealership group and they are expanding. The company is not going anywhere soon. The family cares about the wealth of the company.
Cons
No paid vacation until after one year and you only get five days. Bad insurance plan. Zero perks. They only care about the family, not their employees
