I genuinely can’t think of one good thing about my year of working here. And I’ve been in the cleaning business for 6 years

Flagrantly racist and sexist management and workplace culture Even after I asked many times, they wouldn’t provide me with HRs number or contact. “Open door policy” is a complete lie Lies about promotions to give you extra responsibilities and work, without raising wage Highest employee turnover rate I’ve ever witnessed Disgruntled and upset employees are an every day thing

Pros

Great PTO Program! The company is actively focused on employee culture, preventing gender bias, and creating opportunities for all team members to grow and thrive. The sales department has a wonderful culture with camaraderie and people who pick each other up and work well together. They provide numerous tools across all departments and are always looking to provide new tools and resources to make the job easier while also enhancing efficiency and performance.

Cons

High expectations, so if you are not a top performer or someone who truly cares about results, this may not be the company for you.
