1. Company did a layoff in 2023 and still quietly terminates its employees bit by bit with no oversight by any of the founders - if your superior thinks you're useless, you're a goner! No such thing as trying to go to a different department, or to grow and improve?? 2. In my opinion, some managers do not have any real or credible work experience and don't know how to manage others nor do they take any steps in trying to improve themselves in this regard. I left a good and stable job to join this company only to be disappointed. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!!!!
