Cons
Management is delusional. C-suite needs to be wiped clean and start fresh. Toxic working culture. If you’re hired for one position, you will likely be recruited to pick up slack in other areas without additional compensation or title change. Extreme micromanaging from c-suite downwards causes massive company-wide turnover.
