Pros

It's ok company for freshers to start with.

Cons

Experienced people can find a better company for sure. Don't fall pray to their onsite opportunities perks. They try to earn more by sending you onsite. You actually don't get much out of it. Salary for experienced people isn't upto the mark. The training institute they opened recently also seems to be a typical marwari business idea of them and nothing more than that. So people who are willing to take training by paying exorbitant fees, be aware. You can self learn what they teach there. There are frequent layoffs when they are not able to find the projects. So be aware of this before joining. Lot of personal recommended employees by their relatives and friends who aren't actually talented stay here for long. Favouritism at its peak.

Pros

Both founders are deeply intelligent, passionate and hard-working. Both have immense personal charisma. And they really do care about employees. They provide unrivalled opportunities for learning, which you would only ever get in MAANGs' / Tier-1 organisations. HR Ma'am is also equally good, smart and caring. They encourage everyone, and they openly acknowledge whenever clients appreciate employees. They are striving to create a win-win situation for everyone. Nanostuffs has many awesome clients, some of them very big ones! They have strong networks in the US / Bay Area (and elsewhere too). You will gain a lot of valuable exposure here. The company provides the best tools in terms of hardware/software - if you need something you will get it! If you are passionate and hard-working, then Nanostuffs really is the best place for you to excel and grow. The company is currently in its high-growth phase, and it is the right time for all competent and passionate people to join here.

Cons

There are people within the company who do not share the good values of the founders and HR. I won't say more - just that everywhere there will be a few selfish people who project their own internal negativity outwards. You will know them when you meet them. Just steer clear of these people and you'll be fine. The Universe gives you back exactly what you give.

Thank you for taking the time to write a kind review! It will be helpful if you could personally talk to Founders or HR manager about the same. We will surely try to change the perspective of those people as we believe in giving importance to employees' opinions even if those are negative. Our main motive is to keep the office environment healthy.

Pros

learning new things exposure to new products of Salesforce friendly environment wfh facility good remuneration regular salary hikes as per my personal experience both the bosses are easily approachable and very supportive bosses are inspirational

Cons

I do not see cons as such but maybe I would say the points which can be improved: more on-sight opportunities more team outings
