Pros
The technology is very cool and I think it has a lot of potential to do good things and help a lot of people/businesses. Many of the colleagues are nice, at least on the lower levels.
Cons
This company was crazy, very dynamic to say it nicely. I was there a little over 2 years and experienced 3 mergers and around 7 rounds of layoffs. Morale was very low at the office because people never knew when they would be laid off. Upper management is also very crazy, unpredictable, and unorganized. HR does little to nothing. The turnover rate is crazy but it’s not because people don’t want to stay, it’s because Nano lays everyone off and then rehires new people when they realize they actually needed those people.
