Pros
Having a W-2 made nannying full time so much easier and you can see your payment/ breakdown of your check easily which I found very helpful because it removes tax issues and interpersonal conflict if payment is not received
Cons
The person dictates your hours and you are relying on them to be honest. I don’t know if you can dispute hours directly
