As everybody is learning by doing, some processes are inefficient

Awesome people, interesting work, most of the time challenging projects. Great offices always close to train stations, with a nice spirit (think of start-up life). Competence mix within business units makes daily work interesting.

Namics is rowing very fast, organization needs to catch up soon otherwise they will lose key people. German employees not involved in the Company as it should be, they mainly do their own thing.
