Pros

The only pros of working here were : - Learning what NOT to do in a startup environment - How to survive in an office filled with toxicity and office politics - The only real person there being the office janitor

Cons

- Working with people who think they are good managers - In paper it’s 9-6 but in reality, you work when you’re contacted to do so - The company is run by a founder and higher management who know nothing about sales and pluck numbers out of the air for all to hit. They want to look good in the eyes of stakeholders and promise the highest heavens in order to stay funded. - The environment is only great for those who are fake, don’t question their managers when wronged and don’t mind stepping on someone else to climb up the ladder. - The management only listens to the managers and not the employees. Even after being called out, the manager is right and employees are wrong (selected few get away with anything). - You are promised growth but guidance is given to a chosen few to get there. So don’t be fooled. - They give excuse saying your performance isn’t to their level and actually end up retrenching people in numbers to keep their numbers looking good. Go check out the numbers of people who’ve been let go the last 8-10 months.

Pros

• Flexible Working Arrangements • Unlimited Leave • Supportive and enjoyable colleagues to work with

Cons

• Work allocation was often uneven, creating dependency on team members and making workloads difficult to manage. • Long working hours led to frequent burnout and made work-life balance difficult to maintain. • Effort and extra hours did not always feel recognized, while increasing workload expectations continued. • Although unlimited leave was offered, it was difficult to fully disconnect during time off due to work demands. • Career progression, increment structure, and IDP expectations lacked clarity. • Limited learning and development opportunities or structured training support. • Team resourcing could be improved to distribute responsibilities more sustainably and reduce employee burnout.
