Dear ex-colleague,
I regret that this is the experience you had at Nagarro, as this is absolutely not the intent and core values on which we base Nagarro. We are all about people.
To your point about discrimination between older and newer people, we cannot afford to have a bias towards 'older' people - the speed at which we have grown, we have more new people than old people (only 20% of Nagarro employees have been here more than 3 years). The company is being made and taken forward by new people. This is true across the various roles (whether it is sales teams, BU Heads, practice heads, architects, directors, managers, or developers).
I agree that projects will fail if team members are not motivated and their dedication is not recognized by everyone. But I believe that we do a decent job of it. I am sorry that you felt differently in this regard.
We value people who value us above everything else.
Still, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Your experience means that we have to do even better in some of these areas. It goes to say that we can never rest and while most people are happy about our culture and work environment, it doesn't mean every one is.
