It has been close to 2 years working in Nagarro and it has been best journey so far of my career. The company focus on working on complex use cases with innovative ideas which makes one to go beyond his capability which in turn increases the skill of the person. The company is open to innovation and keep on adopting the latest technologies. I love working here as i am part of highly skilled teams which helps in delivering high quality solutions
Cons
Since Nagarro is a service company , your work experience will hugely depend on the client and project you work for. While most of the projects are good , there's always a chance you'd get a project where the culture/team is not of your liking. In that case the managers are understanding and handle the issues proactively with care .
