Thank you for your feedback. I agree, of course, with all the pros. And I also agree that maintaining our culture and core values should be our biggest focus area. And I can tell you that it is. It really is. And across the board, from senior hires to less experienced ones, understanding Nagarro's culture is critical, and we are working to make sure it happens. If you like, we can have a meeting to talk about some of these initiatives and also ideas or suggestions that you may have (or instances or experiences that you may want to share).
