4.1 star is the work of PR. 1. Working hours and work timings depend upon the project. 2. In some projects, managers ask you to work on weekends or give extra time on a daily basis. (Not a one-time thing) 3. Interviews for getting a project are usually tough, you can get a job in another company rather than getting a project. Even if the client doesn't want an interview, they will conduct an internal interview as if their company is having low-quality engineers. 4. Comp off policy is poor. 5. The department that handles salary/leaves is very poor. Takes months to get a reply. You have to run after them.
