Pros
1. Work life balance . 2. Place where we can learn a lot (Latest Technologies ). 3. Flexible time.(Need to complete you task is more important, which I like most.) 4. Work from home once in a week. (Its really helpful when you want to work but cannot reach office , due to traffic or due to some other issues). 5. Equal opportunity to grow , no favouritism . (This is my personal experience). 6. NAGP is their best program to learn and grow. CEO treat employees like family. Can give example : When Air quality of NCR was worst , they issue advisory and asked employees to bring their family members in company, if they want to (as air purifiers are installed in all the offices in Nagarro). I feel Nagarro as my second home :)
Cons
No onsite opportunity in our account. Now hike is less than before(still far better than others) I feel people give less importance to QA people than Dev. (Specially OGs)
