- Proper body-shoppping company, so you keep switching projects quite often, - Nagarro's bench pool is really high, thanks to their mass hiring post-covid, they're trying to kick people out slowly. Over the last couple years, they've deferred hikes, introduced a new variable component (org bonus, depends highly on company's performance) on top of the existing variable component, the allocation bonus (that depends on if you're in a project or bench) - Majority of the HR folks I got a chance to meet, for different issues, were particularly bad at people skills. The interaction didn't feel much different from a support executive at banks.
