Since the merger, no one knows the new processes; hard to get anything done due to "too many cooks in the kitchen"; constant fear of layoffs; management doesn't appreciate people under them; no training opportunities; continually being reminded that we are now a huge company and we must be #1 in the market, but with no emphases on how we're changing the world for the better with the technology
