Pros
The days off are great and really useful if you want to start going back to school (if you have outside Financial support)
Cons
The people, if you're the type to be a teacher's pet i would say you'll fit in here, most days i feel like i have to step on egg shells that could just be my area since im primarily around older people, but from what i have seen if you know anything about software development and love making changes to things that could be more efficient this isn't the place for you,(they make it a big deal about change) if you like to sit back and collect a check this might be the place for you.
