Pros
No stress job. Allows for plenty of online gaming and web surfing. Managers seem to be complacent at best. If you are a 20-30 year veteran here you are resting and vesting. If it wasn’t convenient I would have left to work at pluckers by now.
Cons
Absolutely no chance to learn or advance. Be happy you are employed and able to look for other jobs while here. Pretty stale environment and very depressing actually. No money for new equipment and no money to get items needed to get your job done. It’s like you have to fashion your own tools as if on a deserted island.
