PTO is limited to team availability. Limited remote opportunities for those in an operations role. 5 unexcused sick days for the year (this is separate from the PTO policy. sick days can be excused with notes from a doctor. I worked at NWG for about a year and it was great! Unfortunately this was right in the beginning/ middle of COVID so I never really got to experience the office with everyone there. That being said everyone is very nice and works well together. Management is especially encouraging and willing to let you experiment with different projects and fields of interest to help you develop in your career. Great work-life balance.

Clients can be demanding (though that can be said for every industry), there is a bit of a steep learning curve if you are in an operations role and not already farmiliar with tech.. but everyone is very helpful and eager to help you learn if you show an interest
