      Promotes from with in. Lots of autonomy for individual business units. Smart people. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't always seem organized-lots of process and initiative changes year to year. The company provides a lot of different services and it can be hard to fully understand everything it does.

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
