Pros

Most people were enjoyable to work with day to day. Good support and local management.

Cons

Corporate direction was arbitrary, played favorites among staff and divisions, completely sexist.

Pros

I don't have any pros for this company. There are other travel companies which offer so much more and a more positive experience.

Cons

You will be required to sign a contract which states if you break it you owe them $50k! This is the only travel company I have worked with who does this. I did my 13 weeks and never looked back! Sure you have the option to not sign and not work for them but at the time I didn't know the ins/outs of the travel companies and of course if you are in a bind needing work and you are having a hard time finding open positions you will likely sign. I should add, the people at the facility I was assigned to were very nice and actually wanted me to extend the contract. However, I politely declined because I did not want to work for NTS staffing. You should know that NTS staffing will then give you a bad reference review if you do not extend the contracts which you are no obligation of doing!
