      Benefits are pretty good, 401k starts quickly, Paid ase tests

      Cons

      no staffing no help from above constantly pushing results without a team to back it up low pay for all employees, hiring your network ends up causing them to go broke. 55 hour mandatory salary work week.

      Was very open about the job and pay. The goals of the store itself and as a team. Very friendly and welcoming.
