Meet some good people the benefits , they will cover ASE testing.
Cons
Work/life balance , inefficient service mamagement system out dated single post inground lifts at many locations. Training program is terrible not there are some actual classes with hands on training not consistent. Advancement to management can happen too fast quite often placing someone with little auto repair experience into a management position. Will not invest in updated equipment. older tire machines and no road force balancers. shop management system that is always very slow or is crashing.
