      Full time is 30 hours so you can get insurance without putting in 40 hours

      Cons

      Can’t leave till last car for the day is finished. Always end up leaving work 1 to 2 hours after closing Management will force in as many cars as they can

      Low pay, overworked management, under valued, pushy tactics to sell, long hours, unpaid breaks, no real room for advancement, incompetent higher up management, big disconnect between customers and company, unrealistic standards, unrewarding bonuses and rewards, toxic work environments, unresponsive and unreliable HR, unreliable operating system, favoritism.
